Livingston went into Adminstration owing £1.8 million
SFL Management committee decided to Relegate them to the 3rd Div as punishment(06Aug09)
So we get back up to the 1st Div to take their place.
Livi Appeal - SFL have special meeting and Vote 16-10 to reject appeal
(4-excluded from vote, Annan-associate member status only, Livi, Airdrie &
Cowdenbeath as they have something to personally gain from result)
Livi refused to play there 1st game at E.Stirling in 3rd Div until after appeal.
